The steps to change the sender name depend on the type of sender you are using.

Gmail / Outlook

Update the sender name directly in your email account settings:

1. Go to Gmail Settings or Outlook Settings.

2. Change your display name.

3. Reconnect the sender in SalesBlink.

Google Workspace Alias

Update directly from SalesBlink:

1. Edit your email sender.

2. Enter the new sender name.

3. Save the changes.

SMTP / IMAP (Including Free Gmail / Zoho)

1. Edit your email sender inside SalesBlink.

2. Update the sender name.

3. Save your settings.
