Daily User Sending Quota Exceeded What Does This Mean and How to Fix

title: Daily User Sending Quota Exceeded What Does This Mean and How to Fix
description: Understand why the sending quota exceeded error happens and how to fix it in SalesBlink.

Overview

The sending quota exceeded error happens when your email account goes past the volume your provider is comfortable with. In most cases this is a temporary restriction that resets on its own.

Common causes

  • Emails sent in short succession or bursts
  • A large number of Leads per day, going past your safe daily total of 40 to 50 emails (outbound + WarmUp combined)
  • Copy that is being flagged as repeat copy — fix this using spintax and A/B testing
  • Being reported for spam

Easy fixes

  • Keep a minimum time gap of 10 to 15 minutes between sends.
  • Reduce your max emails + WarmUp to 40 to 50 in total, and use the Smart Adjust feature.
  • Wait 24 hours — the restriction usually clears automatically.
  • Beyond Lead validation, make sure your ICP is also correct.
  • Move to OAuth if you have not already.
