How to Manage Your DFY Mailbox Subscriptions

title: How to Manage Your DFY Mailbox Subscriptions
description: Add more mailboxes, remove mailboxes or domains, and cancel or manage your Done-For-You (DFY) mailbox subscriptions in SalesBlink.

Overview

After you purchase Done-For-You (DFY) mailboxes, you can manage them at any time — add more mailboxes, remove mailboxes or domains you no longer need, and control your recurring billing. Everything is managed from one place in your account.

This article covers managing your DFY mailboxes after purchase. To buy new mailboxes, see Buy DFY Gmail Mailboxes or Buy DFY Outlook Mailboxes.

Note: The Subscriptions tab is only visible to the account owner and only appears once you have an active DFY order. Team members cannot manage DFY subscriptions.

Where to manage your DFY subscription

  1. Click Account in the top-right menu.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. Click the Subscriptions tab.

Each row in the table is one DFY order and shows:

  • Type — the mailbox provider (Google, Outlook, or Azure Tenant).
  • Domains — the number of active domains out of the total ordered.
  • Mailboxes — the number of active mailboxes out of the total ordered.
  • Amount — the order amount.
  • Date — when the order was placed.
  • Status — whether the order is fulfilled, pending, or failed.

Click the eye icon (View Details) on any order to open the Order Details window, which lists every Domain and Mailbox in that order. All add, remove, and cancel actions happen from this window.

Add more mailboxes

You can add mailboxes to a domain you already own in an existing order.

  1. Open Account → Billing → Subscriptions.
  2. Click the eye icon (View Details) on the order you want to expand.
  3. In the Mailboxes header, click the + icon (Add Mailboxes).
  4. From the Select Domain dropdown, choose the domain to add mailboxes to.
  5. In the Usernames field, enter one or more usernames separated by commas (for example, sales, john.doe).
  6. Click Calculate Cost to preview the charge.
  7. Review the amount and click Proceed to Pay.

Enter only the username part (before the @) — the domain is appended automatically.

Note: The full amount for the new mailboxes is charged to your default payment method immediately. From the next billing cycle onward, the new mailboxes are billed at the standard rate.

Note: The Add Mailboxes option is not available for Azure Tenant orders, or for orders that are expired or cancelled.

Mailbox limits

  • Up to 5 mailboxes per domain for Google and Outlook orders. To send more volume, add mailboxes to additional domains.
  • Minimum 1 mailbox is required per Google or Outlook order.
  • Azure Tenant orders are provisioned in bulk (30–100 mailboxes per tenant) at a flat price. Mailboxes cannot be added individually to an Azure order.
  • Each mailbox can send roughly 30–35 emails per day as a deliverability best practice. Learn more in How Many Emails Should I Send Per Day and Best Practices for Email Sender or Cold Email Mailbox.

Remove a mailbox

Removing a mailbox stops billing for it at the next cycle.

  1. Open Account → Billing → Subscriptions and click the eye icon (View Details) on the order.
  2. In the Mailboxes table, click the trash icon on the mailbox you want to remove.
  3. In the confirmation window, click Delete Mailbox.

The mailbox status changes to Deleted.

Note: For Azure Tenant orders, mailboxes are managed in bulk. Removing one mailbox removes all mailboxes on that domain — the confirmation button reads Delete All Mailboxes.

Remove a domain

  1. Open Account → Billing → Subscriptions and click the eye icon (View Details) on the order.
  2. In the Domains table, click the trash icon on the domain you want to remove.
  3. Choose one of the options:
    • Delete Domain & Mailboxes — removes the domain and cancels all mailboxes on it.
    • Delete Domain Only — removes the domain but keeps its mailboxes active.

Cancel your DFY subscription

There is no single "cancel" button for a DFY subscription. Instead, you cancel by removing what you no longer want to pay for:

  • Delete all mailboxes in an order to stop the recurring mailbox billing.
  • Delete all domains in an order to stop the yearly domain billing.

When the last mailbox or domain in an order is removed, the corresponding subscription is cancelled automatically and billing stops.

Tip: You cannot delete a DFY sender from Outreach → Email Senders while its subscription is active. If you try, SalesBlink prompts you to cancel the subscription first and links you to the Subscriptions tab.

Billing and refunds

  • Domains are billed yearly. Mailboxes are billed every 28 days.
  • You can review past charges in the Invoices tab and update your payment method in the Card tab, both under Account → Billing.
  • DFY mailboxes and domains are non-refundable, and removing a mailbox or domain does not issue a prorated credit — billing simply stops at the next cycle.

Note: If a recurring payment fails repeatedly, SalesBlink automatically cancels the affected subscription and disables the related email senders to protect your account. Keep your card details up to date in the Card tab to avoid interruption.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a single cancel button for my DFY subscription?

No. To cancel, remove all mailboxes and/or all domains in the order from Account → Billing → Subscriptions. Billing stops automatically once the last item is removed.

Do I get a refund when I remove a mailbox or domain?

No. DFY mailboxes and domains are non-refundable and no prorated credit is issued. Billing stops at the next cycle.

Why can't I see the option to add mailboxes?

The Add Mailboxes option is only available for Google and Outlook orders that are active. It does not appear for Azure Tenant orders, or for orders that are expired or cancelled.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a recurring payment fails multiple times, the subscription is automatically cancelled and the related email senders are disabled. Update your card in the Card tab to prevent this.

Can I add more mailboxes to an Azure Tenant order?

No. Azure mailboxes are provisioned in bulk at purchase time and can only be removed (in bulk), not added individually.
