Prerequisites


  • Active sequences with sent emails
  • (Optional) Team access for shared reports



Access Sequence Stats


  1. Click Outreach → Sequences.
  2. Click View Stats next to your sequence.

Share Sequence Reports


  1. Click the Share icon in the top-right.





  1. Customize the report image (optional).
  2. Share externally via link or download.





View Email Sending Schedule


  1. In Sequence Stats, click the Email Sending Schedule tab.





  1. Review day-by-day email volume.





Use this to:


  • Balance daily sending volume
  • Avoid sender overload
  • Plan capacity



View Sequence Logs


  1. In Sequence Stats, click the Logs tab.





  1. Filter logs by:





Event types include:


  • Email Sent
  • Email Bounced
  • Email Opened
  • Link Clicked
  • Reply Received



Use Reports to Optimize
