Overview


Connect your Zoho Mail account to SalesBlink using SMTP/IMAP configuration.


Prerequisites


  • Active SalesBlink account


  • Zoho Mail account with Multi-Factor Authentication enabled


Step 1: Gather Zoho Mail Details


  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account
  2. Click SettingsMail Accounts




  1. Enable IMAP Access


  1. Copy and save your IMAP server configuration details




Note: Your server configuration details may vary. Save them for the next steps.


Step 2: Generate App Password


  1. Close the settings panel
  2. Click My ProfileMy Account




  1. Navigate to SecurityApp Passwords




  1. Click Generate New Password


  1. Enter SalesBlink as the app name
  2. Click Generate




  1. Copy the Application Specific Password and save it securely




Important: Store this password securely. You cannot view it again.



  1. Click OutreachEmail Senders


  1. Click the Add Sender button
  2. Select SingleAny Provider






  1. Enter the following details:

Sender Name

Your name as displayed to recipients

Sender Username

Your Zoho Mail email address

Sender Email Address

Your Zoho Mail email address

Sender Password

App Password created in Step 2

SMTP Host

Out-Host from IMAP Server Configuration

SMTP Port

Out-Port from IMAP Server Configuration

IMAP Host

In-Host from IMAP Server Configuration

IMAP Port

In-Port from IMAP Server Configuration


  1. Click Next to connect your email




Your Zoho Mail account is now connected and ready to send emails.
